【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversrequirementsforthevalidationofmeasurementsmadebyonline,processnear-ormid-infraredanalyzers,orboth,usedinthecalculationofphysical,chemical,orqualityparameters(thatis,properties)ofliquidpetroleumproducts.Thepropertiesarecalculatedfromspectroscopicdatausingmultivariatemodelingmethods.Therequirementsincludeverificationofadequateinstrumentperformance,verificationoftheapplicabilityofthecalibrationmodeltothespectrumofthesampleundertest,andverificationofequivalencebetweentheresultcalculatedfromtheinfraredmeasurementsandtheresultproducedbytheprimarytestmethodusedforthedevelopmentofthecalibrationmodel.Whenthereisadequatevariationinpropertylevel,thestatisticalmethodologyofPracticeD6708isusedtoprovidegeneralvalidationofthisequivalenceoverthecompleteoperatingrangeoftheanalyzer.Forcaseswherethereisinadequatepropertyvariation,methodologyforlevelspecificvalidationisused.1.2PerformanceValidationisconductedbycalculatingtheprecisionandbiasofthedifferencesbetweenresultsfromtheanalyzersystem(orsubsystem)producedbyapplicationofthemultivariatemodel,(suchresultsarehereinreferredtoasPredictedPrimaryTestMethodResults(PP
