【摘要】:ThisdocumentestablishestheXMLencodingofthemethodoftheRoadTrafficMessageapplication.TheTPEG-RTMApplicationisintendedtoconveyinformationtoroadusers.Theinformationprovidedrelatestoeventandsomestatusinformationontheroadnetworkandonassociatedinfrastructureaffectingaroadjourney.Forexample,limitedinformationaboutabnormaloperationoflinksinthenetworkmaybeincluded,suchasferries,lifting-bridges,etc.TheTPEG-RTMApplicationhasthebroadobjectivetoallowthegenerationofTrafficandTravelInformation(TTI)messages,fordeliverytotheend-userbyoneormorebearers.AhierarchicalmethodologyhasbeendevelopedtoallowthecreationofmessagesfromasetofTPEG-RTMtables,whichareessentiallyword-orientedandcovermostneeds.TheseTPEG-RTMtables(essentiallyword-orienteddataobjectdictionaries)compriseawiderangingabilitytodescribeaTTIeventandsomestatusinformation,introducingnewprecisioninanumberofareassuchas“Vehicletypes”,“Positionalinformationonthecarriageway”and“Diversionroutingadvice”.Itisvital,forfurtherunderstandingofthisdocument,tohavemorethanapassingunderstandingoftheTPEG-RTMbinaryspecificationwhichdescribes,amongotherthings,inastep-bystepapproach:MessageManagement,LevelOneClassesandhowtheyarestructured,hierarchicallytoprovideafullRoadTrafficMessagetogetherwiththeTPEGLocationReferencingsystem.
