【摘要】:ThisPart1ofInternationalStandardIEC60598specifiesgeneralrequirementsforluminaires,incorporatingelectriclightsourcesforoperationfromsupplyvoltagesupto1000V.Therequirementsandrelatedtestsofthisstandardcover:classification,marking,mechanicalconstructionandelectricalconstruction.EachsectionofthisPart1shouldbereadinconjunctionwiththissection0andwithotherrelevantsectionstowhichreferenceismade.EachsectionofIEC60598-2detailsrequirementsforaparticulartypeofluminaireorgroupofluminairesonsupplyvoltagesnotexceeding1000V.Thesesectionsarepublishedseparatelyforeaseofrevisionandadditionalsectionswillbeaddedasandwhenaneedforthemisrecognized.AttentionisdrawntothefactthatthisPart1coversallaspectsofsafety(electrical,thermalandmechanical).ThepresentationofphotometricdataforluminairesisunderconsiderationbytheInternationalCommissiononIllumination(CIE)andisnot,therefore,includedinthisPart1.RequirementsareincludedinthisPart1forluminairesincorporatingignitorswithnominalpeakvaluesofthevoltagepulsenotexceedingthoseofTable11.3.Therequirementsapplytoluminaireswithignitorsbuiltintoballastsandtoluminaireswithignitorsseparatefromballasts.Forluminaireswithignitorsbuiltintolamps,therequirementsareunderconsideration.Requirementsforsemi-luminairesareincludedinthisPart1.IngeneralthisPart1coverssafetyrequirementsforluminaires.TheobjectofthisPart1istoprovideasetofrequirementsandtestswhichareconsideredtobegenerallyapplicabletomosttypesofluminairesandwhichcanbecalledupasrequiredbythedetailspecificationsofIEC60598-2.ThisPart1isthusnottoberegardedasaspecificationinitselfforanytypeofluminaire,anditsprovisionsapplyonlytoparticulartypesofluminairestotheextentdeterminedbytheappropriatesectionofpart2.Thesectionsofpart2,inmakingreferencetoanyofthesectionsofPart1,specifytheextenttowhichthatsectionisapplicableandtheorderinwhichthetestsaretobeperformed;theyalsoincludeadditionalrequirementsasnecessary.TheorderinwhichthesectionsofPart1arenumberedhasnoparticularsignificanceastheorderinwhichtheirprovisionsapplyisdeterminedforeachtypeofluminaireorgroupofluminairesbytheappropriatesectionofpart2.Allsectionsofpart2areself-containedandthereforedonotcontainreferencestoothersectionsofpart2.WheretherequirementsofanyofthesectionsofPart1arereferredtointhesectionsofpart2bythephrase"Therequirementsofsection...ofIEC60598-1apply",thisphraseistobeinterpretedasmeaningthatalltherequirementsofthatsectionofPart1applyexceptthosewhichareclearlyinapplicabletotheparticulartypeofluminairecoveredbythatsectionofpart2.Forexplosionproofluminaires,ascoveredbyIEC60079,therequirementsofIEC60598(selectingtheappropriateparts2)areappliedinadditiontotherequirementsofIEC60079.IntheeventofanyconflictbetweenIEC60598andIEC60079,therequirementsofIEC60079takepriority.InaccordancewithIECguidelines,newIECstandardsaredividedintothosecoveringeithersafetyorperformance.Inthelampsafetystandards,"informationforluminairedesign"isgivenforthesafeoperationoflamps;thisshouldberegardedasnormativewhentestingluminairestothisstandard.Attentionisdrawntolampperformancestandardswhichcontain"informationforluminairedesign";thisshouldbefollowedforproperlampoperation;however,thisstandarddoesnotrequirethetestingoflampsperformanceaspartofthetypetestapprovalforluminaires.Improvementsinsafetytotakeaccountofthestateofthearttechnologyareincorporatedinthestandardswithrevisionsandamendmentsonanongoingbasis.Regional
