【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC15068definesasoftwarepackaginglayoutandutilitiesthatoperateonthatpackaginglayoutaswellassoftwareinstalledfromthatpackaginglayout.ThescopeofthispartofISO/IEC15068isadministrationofsoftwareacrossdistributedsystems.Thisadministrationincludes,butisnotlimitedto,packagingofsoftwarefordistribution,distributionofsoftwaretosystems,instal-lationandconfigurationofsoftwareonsystems,andremovalofsoftwarefromsys-tems.ThispartofISO/IEC15068ismotivatedbymanyfactors,includingadesirebysys-temadministratorsandsoftwaresupplierstohaveacommonwayofinstallingandremovingsoftware.Tomeettheneedsofthesegroups,thispartofISO/IEC15068consistsofseveralcomponents,listedbelow.ThereadersofthispartofISO/IEC15068includesystemadministrators,suppliersofsoftwarethatimple-mentthispartofISO/IEC15068,andsuppliersofsoftwarethatuseimplementa-tionsofthispartofISO/IEC15068.Readersineachofthesecategoriesmayfindtheirattentiondrawntodifferentsections.Thekeycomponentsarelistedbelow.SoftwarestructuresThispartofISO/IEC15068definesahierarchicalsetofstructuresusedtodefinesoftware.Informationiskeptaboutthesoftwarebasedonthesestructuredefinitions.Thestructuredefinitionsapplybothtoinstalledsoftwareandtosoftwarepreparedforinstallationbutnotyetinstalled.SoftwarepackaginglayoutThispartofISO/IEC15068definestheorganizationofsoftwareonadistributionmedium,theinformationheldaboutthatsoftware,andthewayinwhichsuchinformationisrepresented.Thisenablesbothportabilityofsoftwaredistributionsacrosssystemsofdifferentarchi-tecture,andtheuseofdifferentmediatodistributesoftware(includ-ingbothfilesystemandserialimageforms).InformationkeptaboutsoftwareThispartofISO/IEC15068definestheinformationthatisheldaboutsoftware,bothinstalledsoftwareanddistributions.Thisprovidesaconsistentviewofsoftware,evenwhenthatsoftwareisprovidedfromvarioussources.ThewayinwhichtheinformationisheldisundefinedwithinthispartofISO/IEC15068.UtilitiestoadministersoftwareThispartofISO/IEC15068definesautilitytoconvertsoftwareintothepackaginglayout,knownasadistribution.ThispartofISO/IEC15068alsocontainsutilitiestoexaminetheinformationinadistribu-tion,copysoftwarefromonedistributiontoanother,installsoftwarefromadistribution,removesoftwarefromadistribution,andverifytheintegrityofadistribution.Therearealsoutilitiesforconfiguringinstalledsoftware,verifyingtheintegrityofinstalledsoftware,exa-miningandmodifyingtheinformationheldaboutinstalledsoftware,andforremovinginstalledsoftwarefromasystem.Thisprovidesadministratorswithaconsistentmethodofdealingwithsoftwareacrossallconformingsystems.DistributedsoftwareadministrationThispartofISO/IEC15068definestheconcepts,andtheutilitysyn-taxandbehaviors,formanagingsoftwareinadistributedenviron-ment.Thisincludestheconceptofdifferentsoftwareadministrationroles(developer,packager,manager,source,target,andclient).Differentutilitiesinvolvedifferentroles,anddifferentrolesmaybedistributedacrossmultiplesystemswithinasinglecommandexecu-tion.ThispartofISO/IEC15068isbasedupontheknowledgeof,anddocumentationfor,existingprogramsthatassumeaninterfaceandarchitecturesimilartothatdescribedbyPOSIX.l{2}andPOSIX.2{3}.AnyquestionsregardingthedefinitionoftermsorthesemanticsofanunderlyingconceptshouldbereferredtoPOSIX.l{2}andPOSIX.2{3}.ThispartofISO/IEC15068doesnotrequiretheuseofanyspecificprogramminglanguageand,inparticular,doesnotrequiretheuseoftheClanguage.ThispartofISO/IEC15068isbasedupontheknowledgeof,anddocumentationf
