【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceonhuman-centreddesignactivitiesthroughoutthelifecycleofcomputer-basedinteractivesystems.Itisaimedatthosemanagingdesignprocessesandprovidesguidanceonsourcesofinformationandstandardsrelevanttothehuman-centredapproach.ThisInternationalStandardisconcernedwithbothhardwareandsoftwarecomponentsofinteractivesystems.NOTEComputer-basedinteractivesystemsvaryinscaleandcomplexity.Examplesincludeoff-the-shelf(shrinkwrap)softwareproducts,customofficesystems,plantmonitoringsystems,automatedbankingsystemsandconsumerproducts.ThisInternationalStandardaddressestheplanningandmanagementofhuman-centreddesign.Itdoesnotaddressallaspectsofprojectmanagement.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesanoverviewofhuman-centreddesignactivities.Itdoesnotprovidedetailedcoverageofthemethodsandtechniquesrequiredforhuman-centreddesign,nordoesitaddresshealthandsafetyaspectsindetail.ThemainusersofthisInternationalStandardwillbeprojectmanagers.ThisInternationalStandardthereforeaddressestechnicalhumanfactorsandergonomicsissuesonlytotheextentnecessarytoallowmanagerstounderstandtheirrelevanceandimportanceinthedesignprocessasawhole.SuchissuesaredealtwithmorefullyinISO9241(seebibliography)whichiscomplementarytothisInternationalStandardandisaimedatsystemdevelopers,specifiersandpurchasersofsystems.Nonetheless,allpartiesinvolvedinhuman-centredsystemdevelopment,includingtheend-usersofsystems,shouldfindtheguidanceinthisInternationalStandardrelevant.
