【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribes,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforaccuracyandrepeatabilityofnumerically-controlledpositioningaxesongeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracyturretandsinglespindleautomaticlathes.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThisInternationalStandardappliesonlytolatheswithamulti-toolturret.Thisturretcanbemanuallyindexed,semi-automaticallyindexedbymotionoftheturretslideorautomaticallyindexedbyanindependentcontrolincludingnumericalcontrol.Latheswithslidingheadstockareexcludedfromthescope,butlatheswithnumericalcontrolareincludedasfarasthecontentsofthisInternationalStandardareapplicable.ThisInternationalStandarddealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.)assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.

JB/T 8293.1-1999 本标准是对 ZB J83 004-88《浮动油封》的修订，主要技术内容改变如下： ——精简部分参数并将系列中的规格由 32 个扩大至 58 个； ——增加静态密封性能试验，对 O 型圈的技术要求有所改变； ——对油封座及油封总成的技术要求有所修改和增加； ——将 O 型圈的标志、包装、运输与贮存，根据橡胶制品的特点独立成条。 本标准规定了工程机械用浮动油封的术语，主要零件的基本开头和尺寸系列，要求，检验类别，包装运输和贮存。 本标准适用于 φ51~φ608mm 的工程机械的行走部件与行星减速部件上起端面动态密封功能的浮动油封。其它机械中的浮动油封也可参照使用。 本标准于 1988 年 3 月 10 日首次发布。
